• Uneeds is an online classified advertising website directed primarily towards students at the universities and colleges in the UK. So your business with us must be directly related to the student life. 
• Uneeds is a moderated classified ads website which means that each ad submitted to us is checked by our moderators and administrators for approval. This also applies to any ads edited after posting and all material posted on our forums.
• Approved ads are placed on our site immediately. Ads which are not approved, for what ever reason, are deleted from our database without prior notice. Uneeds decision is final.
• Those who try to take advantage of our business in anyway or do not respect the business and privacy of our users will not be accepted. We will not feel guilty for warning, suspending or removing accounts, ads and forum postings. 

Category

Our website provides a range of general categories for students and businesses to advertise.

We have simplified our category structure in order to keep our website tidy and in order.

• Posts should be made to the most relevant category and sub-categories. We will refuse posting ads or move already posted ads, whether free or paid, to the relevant category and sub-category at our discretion.
• We will not allow our website to be loaded with similar nature or duplicate ads (multiple ads for the same item or service) by individuals, companies and organisations whether these are free or charged ads. Ads of this nature will be refused and deleted from our database at our discretion.

Placing ads on certain sub-categories are not permitted except for specified users:

• All sub-categories - This section is for use by students for private sale only. Ads will not contain trade, advertising, online images or business links.

• Find me a Crib – This sub-category is for students leaving notices for accommodation. The ads will not contain trade, advertising, online images or business links.
• Halls of Residence – for Uneeds use only.

• Charity – for registered UK charities only.

• Charity Events – for registered UK charities only.
• Student Union – for Uneeds use only.

• Our moderators and administrators monitor all forums postings. New threads are notified to Uneeds for approval.
• Our forums are for chatting only. Advertising, including references to any links, is not allowed in any circumstances and will be deleted without prior notice. Uneeds decision is final.
